Freedom's Run was created by Dr. Mark Cucuzzella and Lois Turco in 2009 to promote a healthier lifestyle while showcasing the rich history in our area.

Get on the course: Pick a spot on one of the courses to visit. What makes that place special? Does it have historical significance? Run or walk 1 mile: You can run the 1-mile Kids Fun Run on Race Day for free!
Got to Events at https://www.freedomsrun.org/ to register. You can also find free community meet-ups on the Two Rivers Treads website, or run on your own. What was your pace?
Go the distance: There are 5 different races in this run! How long would it take you to run each distance at your 1-mile pace? What are the records and who holds them?
Volunteer! A large event like this requires LOTS of volunteers of all ages. Sign up for 30 minutes or more. We have a few opportunities before and after race day! Freedomsrun.org/volunteer.
Results: Find out about one of the programs that have benefitted from the event. Through the Freedom's Run Grant, we've been able to donate over $400,00 to our community. Check out the About page on the website for info.
